Peter Seif, President
Peter Seif has held diverse senior level positions in several nation-wide communications companies. Most recently he was Vice President and General Manager of Dobson Fiber Inc. where he established an interstate fiber optic network for Dobson Communications. Mr. Seif was a Vice President at Logix Communications Corporation, a startup Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) where he was instrumental in growing the company to over 800 employees with revenues of $100 million. Prior to joining Logix Mr. Seif served as National Director of Sales for Intermedia Communications, one of the first CLECs in the United States where he deployed strategic sales initiatives in fifteen markets. Prior to joining Intermedia, he was responsible for Alternate Channel Sales at Frontier Communications.
Kenneth R. Boyd, Vice President Finance and Business Development
Kenneth Boyd has 18 years of experience in banking, financial management and treasury management including 12 years of corporate finance experience with Chase Manhattan Bank and as a Vice President and Industry Executive with Bank of America. Mr. Boyd was a Product Line Manager with Cargill Inc., the largest privately owned company in the United States and functioned as Chief Financial Officer of their Venezuelan subsidiary. Most recently he was an Investment Manager in the Structured Finance unit of Cargill Financial Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Boyd holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Industrial Management and Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Michael Early, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Michael Early has extensive communications sales and management experience having served in numerous senior level sales roles for several national communication providers. Most recently, Mr. Early served as Director of Sales and Business Development for Logix Communications. At Logix he launched new markets, developed new business strategies and directed the company's sales effort across twelve cities through the company's growth from less than 30 to over 800 employees with annual revenues of $100M. Mr. Early began his career with Metromedia Communications, now WorldCom, where he held various sales positions. He then joined Eastern Telecom International, now Broadwing, Inc. as Senior District Sales Manager where he was responsible for the sales and marketing efforts in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. markets. Mr. Early later joined Intermedia Communications where he held various senior level sales roles through its growth from a regional to national communications provider.
Christopher M. Patrick, Vice President Network Operations
Mr. Patrick has thirteen years of experience in the communications industry including nine-years with MCI Communications. At MCI he was the Senior Manager for the Campus MCI Internet product. In this role Mr. Patrick was responsible for all aspects of the Campus MCI product including implementation of Internet DS3 connectivity, on-site routers, terminal servers, modem pool and associated software. Following MCI Mr. Patrick served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zenex Communications where he was responsible for the company's sales and marketing efforts as well as customer service, technical support, product development, advertising, and public relations. Most recently Mr. Patrick served as Manager of Systems Integration Marketing at Logix Communications where he was responsible for the design and marketing plans of the hardware and services required to provide bundled voice and data solutions to end users. This included integrated channel banks, routers, computers and phone systems.
